Among more than 15,000 copies recorded in PSA's census reporting, just 88 examples (less than three-fifths of one percent of the total) have achieved this unimprovable tier. He finished his sixteen-year (fourteen years with the San Francisco 49ers and two with the Kansas City Chiefs) pro football career with over 40,500 passing yards (with a 63% completion percentage), 273 TD's and had a 92.3 passer rating. He won four Super Bowls and is the only player to have been named the Super Bowl MVP three times.
