Manager Harvey Kuenn took over the reigns of the 1982 Milwaukee Brewers in early June of that season and the team responded by leading numerous offensive categories and ultimately winning the American League East and advancing to the World Series by staging an 0-2 comeback against the California Angels. The team, known affectionately as “Harvey’s Wallbangers” took the St. Louis Cardinals to seven games of the World Series before falling to the Redbirds.

24 members of the 1982 American League Champion Milwaukee Brewers have signed this offered baseball. Signatures include Hall of Famers Paul Molitor, Robin Yount and Don Sutton. Additional signatures of note include Cecil Cooper, Ben Ogilvy, manager Harvey Kuenn (on the sweet spot), Ted Simmons, Jerry Augustine, Rob Picciolo, Roy Howell, Jamie Easterly, Jim Slaton, Jim Gantner and Don Money.
