     Presented here is a first day of issue commemorative Jackie Robinson cachet. This cachet, which features a Jackie Robinson “Black Heritage” stamp, shows to portraits of Robinson, one of him sliding and one a close up of his face. Five members of the National Baseball Hall of Fame have signed this item. They include Early Wynn, Carl Hubbell, Harmon Killebrew, Don Drysdale, and Enos Slaughter. All but Slaughter, who signed his name in black pen, signed the cachet in blue marker. This item is displayed in a 12 x 9 inch frame and this cachet, from 1982, comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (AB12591).
