Wallace Bryant, a seven foot center from Bill Russell’s alma mater, the University of San Francisco, wore this white warm-up jacket during his one and only season with the Chicago Bulls in 1983-84. Born in Madrid, Bryant was a second round pick of the Bulls in the 1983 NBA Draft. He played sparingly in Chicago, appearing in 29 games his rookie year, before being dealt to the Dallas Mavericks in 1984 for a second round draft pick that would later become Rafael Addison. Bryant played three seasons in the NBA, joining the Los Angeles Clippers for an eight game period in the 1985-86 season.
This white jacket features a button down front and red collar. “CHICAGO” is printed vertically down the left chest of the jacket. “BRYANT” is screen printed on the back of the jersey above a screen printed Bulls logo. A 2 ½ x 6 inch NBA logo patch is sewn on the right chest of the jacket. This item shows light evidence of game use consistent with warm-ups, and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
