Offered in this lot is an incredible collection of 26 tickets from Michael Jordan’s rookie season of 1984-85. The first round draft pick was a rookie-season revelation, scoring 28.2 points per game to claim the 1985 NBA Rookie of the Year award. The inimitable Jordan was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 2009 after averaging 30.1 points per game and winning six NBA titles in his unparalleled career.
The first two tickets in this lot are full tickets from Bulls wins over the Trail Blazers and Nets at Chicago Stadium on January 22nd and April 2nd. Jordan scored 29 and 31 points in these two games. The full tickets have been authenticated and encapsulated by PSA (42843858, 42843859). The remaining tickets in this lot are all stubs authenticated and encapsulated by PSA.
