This was Jordan’s second year in the NBA, the year he broke his ankle in game three, and played in only 15 more regular season games. Because of this, a basketball from that season - with his signature on it - is rare. Kyle Macy played only the 1985-86 season with the Bulls. His signature further documents that this ball was signed nearly 35 years ago. Besides Jordan and Macy, the ball also has the signatures of coaches Stan Albeck, Tex Winter and Murray Arnold, as well as players Orlando Woolridge (inscribed “0”), Charles Oakley (inscribed “#34”), Quintin Dailey (inscribed “44”), Gene Banks, Dave Corzine, Jawann Oldham, Sidney Green, Bill McKinney (inscribed “#7”), Mike Smrek (inscribed “#52”) , and Rod Higgins.
