Hall of Famer Reggie Jackson is best known for his playoff heroics as a member of the New York Yankees and being dubbed “Mr. October”. However, Jackson spent five productive years with the California Angels, leading them to two playoff appearances. At the age of 39, Jackson still put up solid numbers for the 1985 season, belting 27 home runs and driving in 85 runners with a respectable .252 average.

Jackson wore this size 48 W.A. Goodman & Sons pullover California Angels road jersey during the 1985 season. The jersey shows signs of use and displays “Angels” across the chest in red and navy tackle twill. Jackson’s number “44” is sewn on the center left front beneath “Angels”. “JACKSON” and “44” are sewn on in red and navy directly to the back of the jersey while each sleeve and with the V-neck collar, have a blue/red/blue stripe pattern. The left sleeve has the Angels “California” state patch and the right sleeve has a patch commemorating the team’s 25th season anniversary (1961-85). Jackson signed his name in silver marker on the left “4” on the back and inscribed “Mr. October” on the right “4”. This jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication (190924C8) for the game use and a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (U77516) for the signature.
