A complete, 11-card set of 1985 Star Co. "Rookie of the Year" collectibles is presented. The cards – each one saluting a past NBA "Rookie of the Year" Award winner – remain sealed in their original, clear-plastic packaging. Star Co. held exclusive licensing and thus owned the basketball card market beginning in 1984, and the company produced a number of bagged specialty issues in addition to "regular" series. A sought-after Rookie Card of Michael Jordan (#1, showing on top of the bag) is the key piece of this ROY production, which also includes Larry Bird (#6) and stars such as Dantley and Sampson. The factory-sealed bag's contents are presumably NM/MT to MT or finer throughout.
