The Ignitor Paul Molitor was the greatest player to wear a Milwaukee Brewers uniform. Playing in the infield, outfield or just DH, Molitor found a way to beat the opposition and his grit and determination while playing hurt made him a fan favorite. Molitor made headlines in 1987, one of the seasons this bat dates to, when he hit successfully in 39 straight games posing a serious threat to Joe DiMaggio's famous record. The Cooper H176 model bat us un-cracked and shows moderate use. Molitor’s number “4” is hand written on the knob in black marker and the Hall of Fame has signed the barrel in blue marker. An outstanding game from The Ignitor’s prime years. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16645) for the game use and a LOA from JSA (BB12029) for the signature.
