Graded NM-MT 8 by PSA. International Boxing Hall of Famer, in a scarce and sought-after Rookie Card appearance. Pugilistic legend Mike Tyson – the repeat Heavyweight Champion who was universally regarded as a "ferocious" fighter – is seen here on a fragile and elusive, overseas-issue memento. Despite his long-time popularity and notoriety, and the fact that he dominated his sport for two decades, Tyson appears on very few trading card collectibles. A delicate and visually appealing, English-language commemorative, this piece was made in Italy for distribution in the United Kingdom. Near Mint to Mint condition.
Please Note: Curiously, this card's grading label reads "1987," with respect to the year of issue. The Supersport issue enjoyed slightly more than a single-year period of distribution, but the offered piece is identical to other examples holdered by PSA and designated "1986."
