The years 1986 to 1989 was business as usual for Willie Randolph – hitting a combined .275 with 187 RBI and making the All-Star Game twice, once as a Yankee and again as Dodger. The 1986-89 Louisville Slugger S2 model bat shows tremendous game use with the barrel covered with ball marks and white leather scuffs along with cleat imprints and abrasions. A heavy coat of pine tar is on the handle which has been taped in a crisscross pattern to enhance the grip. Randolph has signed the barrel in silver marker, adding “Game Used.” This bat comes directly from the collection of Willie Randolph and a signed LOA from Willie Randolph will accompany this item.
