Offered is the National League Player of the Week Award presented to former St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Vince Coleman. This flat wood-based award, which is 9 x 12 inches, has a silver plate affixed to the wood backing with the National League logo printed in black on the top. Also printed in black lettering is “NATIONAL LEAGUE PLAYER OF THE WEEK”. Etched below is “VINCE COLEMAN St. Louis Cardinals” and “September 15-21, 1986”. Coleman has signed the back Balfour manufactured award in black marker and inscribed “1988”. The piece is in good overall condition with some minor scratches on the front and abrasions on the back.
