Kirby Puckett used this Louisville Slugger C243 model baseball bat during the 1987-89 seasons. Puckett used those years to solidify his Hall of Fame bona fides by hitting for a .342 batting average and averaging 20 home runs and 102 RBI per 162 games. The Minnesota Twins outfielder also led the league in hits each year as well as finishing in the top 10 of American League MVP voting while bringing home a Gold Glove and Silver Slugger Award at the conclusion of every season. The bat shows good game use with ball marks visible on the barrel along with a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13721) for the game use and his been graded a near-perfect GU 9.5.
