Chuck Person was the 1987 NBA Rookie of the Year after being the 4th overall draft pick by the Indiana Pacers in the 1986 NBA Draft. Person, who was nicknamed “The Rifleman” because he was named after famed actor and former NBA and MLB player Chuck Connors, finished his career with 13,858 points. Person wore this Indiana Pacers road warm up jacket and pants during the 1980’s. Both the jacket and pants were made by Sand-Knit. The jacket has a snap-button-down front with the Pacers’ logo on the upper left chest. The collar is yellow and the sleeve ends have a ribbed material white and yellow stripes. The back of the jacket has “PACERS” in white with yellow stripes through the word. The inside collar has a white patch sewn on with Person’s number “45” handwritten in faded black marker. Also sewn on the inside are two Sand-Knit tags – a size 46 and a “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the INDIANA PACCERS” tag, and a “2”LB” patch. The pants are a matching blue with a yellow and white stripe on the waist and the NBA logo embroidered on the upper right front leg. The inner waist lining has a white patch with “45” handwritten in black marker, along with the Sand-Knit “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the INDIANA PACCERS” tag and size 36 tag, along with two additional white patches that read “37” and “”IN”. This warm up set comes with a LOA from 100% Authentic for the use.
