Dominique Wilkins wasn't called "The Human Highlight Film" for nothin' - for over a decade Wilkins was the NBA's best dunkers and was named an NBA All-Star 9 times. This is the trophy Wilkins was presented with for making the 1988-89 Third Team. Standing over 17” tall with a base measuring 9” x 9” x 5”, the trophy features a full-size brass basketball poised atop the wooden base. A plaque on the front reads “DOMINIQUE WILKINS - ATLANTA HAWKS - 1988-89 ALL-NBA TEAM THIRD TEAM”. The red, white and blue NBA logo completes the display. The trophy shows moderate scratches and nicks as would be expected from a proudly displayed trophy. These 1980's All-Star trophies rarely come on the market and to find one from a player as dominant as "The Human Highlight Film" is quite exceptional. LOA from Wilkins.
