Michael Jordan played in 14 All-Star Games in the course of his legendary career, earning the All-Star Game MVP award three times. And while all three awards were well earned, none was more impressive than MJ’s performance in front of his hometown crowd in 1988, pouring in a game-high 40 points with eight rebounds and three assists to lead the Eastern Conference to a 138-133 All-Star Game victory.

Offered here is a Michael Jordan 1988 All-Star Eastern Conference game issued white mesh jersey. “NBA” is printed in red with blue borders next to the NBA logo on the top-center of this jersey, while “23” is printed in blue below and “ALL-STAR” is printed below Jordan’s number in red with blue borders. The sides have six stars running vertically, alternating in red and blue. The MacGregor Sand-Knit 44 tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail. The back of this jersey has “JORDAN” and “23” screen-printed in blue. The collar and open sleeves are bordered with blue, white and red stripes. Jordan has signed his name in black marker below the word “STAR” on the front. This jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication for the game issued status and a LOA from Beckett Authentication (A31286) for Jordan’s signature.
