Craig Biggio was the face of the Astros franchise, spending his entire 20-year career with the team. Biggio carved out a Hall of Fame career and joined the exclusive 3,000 Hit Club. During the time Biggio used this bat he was in just his second and third seasons in The Show and hit a combined .268 with 17 home runs. The Louisville Slugger B348 model bat is un-cracked and shows heavy use. Slight checking is present on the back barrel and there are many ball marks with stitch impressions and black ink transfers on the right, left and back barrel. Cleat imprints are present as are blue bat rack paint streaks. A moderate coat of pine tar is on the handle and Biggio’s number “7” is written on the knob and barrel end in black marker. Biggio has signed the barrel in black marker. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15949) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.5, plus a COA from Beckett Authentication for the signature.
