One of only four players in the history of baseball to have 500 home runs and 3,000 hits, Hall of Famer Eddie Murray is one of the best sluggers the game has ever seen. The switch-hitting Murray spent the majority of his 21-year career with the Baltimore Orioles, but spent time with the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Mets during the 1989-1992 seasons. Murray combined for 81 home runs, 372 RBI and maintained a solid .274 batting average.

This offered Cooper C235 model bat was used by Murray during the 1989-1992 seasons. This bat displays outstanding use and is un-cracked. There are several ball marks and stitch impressions on the barrel, which also displays checking or grain swelling from repeated ball contact. There is a moderate coating of pine tar on the upper handle and Murray’s number “33” is hand written in black marker with the entire knob end colored in red marker. This wonderful gamer from a Hall of Famer comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15203) and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9.
