Presented here is a 1990-91 Chicago Bulls media guide signed by Hall of Famer Michael Jordan. The 1990-91 Bulls, led by Jordan and Hall of Famer Scottie Pippen, came out to a slow start and lost their first three games. That trend would not continue, as the Bulls captured the Eastern Conference with a record of 61-21, surpassing their franchise-best record from the 1971-72 season. After finally overcoming the roadblock that was the Detroit Pistons in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Bulls faced the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA Finals, defeating them in five games to win their first-ever NBA title and the first of their three-peat during the early 1990s. Jordan won another scoring title, an All-Star selection, and was named the NBA regular season and Finals MVP. This presented 6 x 8 ½ -inch media guide features a gorgeous illustration of the Chicago Bulls team in their warm-up outfits smiling and clapping as they cheer on Jordan who is featured entering the court, seemingly walking across a “Chicago Bulls 25th Anniversary” logo. The top right corner features “CHICAGO BULLS 1990-1991 MEDIA GUIDE” in white. The price of “$5.00” appears in white on the top right corner. Jordan boldly signed his name across the program with a black marker. The program contains some creasing of the bottom right corner and some edging on the bottom right corner. A pristine specimen from the Bulls’ historic season that culminated with the first of their three consecutive NBA titles, the item comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA (W04186) for the signature.
