Offered in this lot is a signed magazine cover from the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump, from 1990 and a signed magazine from former Playboy Playmate Anna Nicole Smith. Trump rose to prominence as a New York real estate developer and socialite before embarking on a reality television career that culminated with his election to the most powerful political position in the world. A conservative firebrand who espouses a populist political ideology, Trump is wildly popular with certain sections of the Republican Party. Smith first gained popularity in Playboy becoming the 1993 Playmate of the Year. She eventually moved on to modeling and television, becoming a big star. Smith was surrounded by controversy for much of her life and passed away in 2007 from a prescription drug overdose at the young age of 39 years old.

The first item is an issue of Playboy Magazine from March 1990. Trump was the cover star for this edition, appearing in a tuxedo with a scantily clad Playboy bunny. Trump signed this magazine on the cover in black marker. This magazine comes with a LOA from JSA (BB68518). Also included in this lot is a 10 ½ x 13 ½ black and white magazine page signed by the late Anna Nicol Smith. Because of her sudden death, signatures of her are hard to find. The magazine page is from “Guess?”, which has it’s logo in color on the top left corner and “GUESS”, “411 North Rodeo Drive” and “Beverly Hills” printed in red on the bottom. The image is of Smith on her stomach looking slightly off-camera to her right. She signed her name “love Anna Nicole” with a smile emoji in black marker. This item comes with a LOA from JSA (BB68477).
