Boston Celtics power forward Kevin McHale wore this white home jersey during the 1991-92 NBA season, his penultimate in the Association. Limited by injury, McHale appeared in 56 games for the Atlantic Division champion Celtics. He averaged 13.5 points and 5.9 rebounds per game while shooting over 50% from the field. McHale was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1999.
This white home mesh jersey has “CELTICS” sewn across the front in green tackle twill. McHale’s number “32” is sewn on the front and back in green tackle twill. “MCHALE” is sewn across the back shoulders in green tackle twill. Green and white bands border the sleeve and collar openings. A NBA logo patch is sewn on the left chest, while a 1991 NBA tag and size “48” Champion tag are sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. McHale signed the “2” digit on the back in silver marker, adding “#32” to his signature. This jersey, which exhibits light wear, comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for the game use and and a COA from JSA (Q69266) for his signature.
