Phoenix Suns power forward Charles Barkley wore this white Suns home jersey during the 1992-93 season. Barkley won the NBA MVP award in 1992-93, scoring 25.6 points per game while pulling down 12.2 rebounds and a career-high 5.1 assists per contest. Barkley, who was traded to the Suns by the Philadelphia 76ers in the offseason, led the Suns to the NBA Finals in his first season with the team, falling to Michael Jordan’s Bulls in a six-game series. Barkley played three more seasons in Phoenix before retiring following a four-year spell with the Houston Rockets after the 1999-2000 season. Barkley was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006.

This white Suns home jersey has a purple and orange design printed on the chest, as well as “SUNS” and his number “34” sewn on in purple and black tackle twill. “BARKLEY” and a second “34” are sewn on the back of the jersey in purple and black tackle twill. The sleeve and collar openings are accented in purple and orange, and a NBA logo patch is sewn on the right chest. Phoenix Suns “Body Length +2” and Champion size “52” tags are sewn on the front left tail of this jersey. Barkley has signed the “4” digit on the back of this jersey in black marker. This jersey shows moderate wear. A JSA STICKER ONLY (S04813) authenticates the signature, and a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema, who stated that this is “probably the best Barkley Suns jersey [he has] viewed in terms of game wear”, authenticates the use.
