By the time Robert Parish retired after the 1996-97 season, he had played in a record 1,611 NBA games and was a key player in three championship Boston Celtics teams. When the time came, he was a shoe-in for the Basketball Hall of Fame. Parish’s penultimate season in Boston was the 1992-93 season, where “The Chief” averaged 12.6 points per game.

This offered Boston Celtics road green mesh jersey was worn by Parish during the 1992-93 season. This jersey is a size 46 and was manufactured by Champion. “CELTICS” is arched across the chest in sewn-on white tackle twill. Parish’s number “00” is sewn on the chest in white tackle twill and the NBA logo is embroidered in red, white and blue on the left shoulder. The back of the jersey has “PARISH” and his “00” sewn on in white tackle twill. The Champion tags are sewn on the bottom front left tail, with one of the tags reading “1992-93 Designed and Tailored Exclusively For BOSTON CELTICS BODY LENGTH +3”. The collar and open arms are edged in a white/green/white pattern made of a ribbed material and a 3 ½ inch black arm band covers the left shoulder, honoring long-time Celtics’ announcer Johnny Most, who passed away in January of 1993. Parish signed his name in black marker on the top of the left “0” on the back of the jersey and inscribed “Game Used 92-93” on the top of the right “0” on the back. This jersey displays light to moderate game use and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for the game use and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature.
