The 19 signatures are on an 8½ x 11-inch white sheet, dated November 5-6, 1992. The 1992-1993 NBA season was the last season the Chicago Bulls played at venerable Chicago Stadium, and they won the 1993 NBA Championship for their third consecutive title.
