This impressive award was bestowed on Keith Hernandez by the St. Louis Baseball Writers in commemoration of his part in the Cardinals 1982 World Championship season. The award has an engraved illustration of Hernandez resplendent in his 1982 Cardinals uniform below which is engraved "KEITH HERNANDEZ St. Louis Cardinals 1982 World Champions Presented by the St. Louis Chapter BBWAA February 4, 1992. The brass plaque is mounted on a wood base measuring 9" x 12". Overall in wonderful condition with just minor surface scuffs. LOA from Keith Hernandez.
