Tupac Shakur was one of the greatest and most influential musical artists of the modern age. His albums, such as 2Pacalypse Now, Me Against the World, and All Eyez on Me are beloved classics, with All Eyez on Me achieving 10x platinum status. It was also announced that Tupac has been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and is a part of the Class of 2017 inductees.
In 1996, Tupac was gunned down in one of the most famous unsolved murders in recent memory. While leaving the Mike Tyson vs Bruce Seldon boxing match, a white Cadillac pulled up next to Tupac’s vehicle, with an unknown assailant unleashing a barrage of shots into Tupac’s vehicle. Tupac was shot four times and rushed to the hospital, where he died the next day. No one has ever been charged with his murder.
