These throwback jerseys are nearly impossible to obtain, especially relating to a European star like Detlef Schrempf. Not to mention, this jersey has been photo matched by MeiGray's authenticators to an NBA game.

Seattle SuperSonics star forward Detlef Schrempf wore this throwback Sonics jersey during the team’s 105-95 victory over the Washington Bullets on December 2nd, 1993. December 2nd represented the 20th anniversary of the Bullets first game NBA game in the Capital Centre, and as such both teams wore 1973-74 throwbacks. Schrempf, in his first season with the Sonics, dropped 17 points and pulled in seven rebounds during this contest. Schrempf helped lead the Sonics to an excellent 63-19 record during the 1993-94 season with averages of 15 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game from the small forward position.

This jersey is green, with “SONICS” screen printed across the chest in white and yellow text. Schrempf’s number “11” is screen printed on the chest and back in white and yellow text, while “SCHREMPF” is screen printed across the back shoulders in yellow text. The sides of the jersey are white, and a Champion size “46” tag has been sewn on the front left tail. This jersey has been photo matched to the December 2nd, 1993 game by the MeiGray Group, who have provided a LOA. Please note that the digital photo match done by MeiGray via Getty Images and referenced in their LOA will not accompany this item.
