Cincinnati Reds shortstop Barry Larkin won the Sports Illustrated for Kids Award for his years of devotion helping kids. Sports Illustrated for kids is a monthly spin-off of Sports Illustrated, which has a writing style that gears itself towards young sports fans. Sports Illustrated for Kids gave out annual awards to athletes who best gave back to their communities while helping the youth, with Larkin receiving the Good Sport Award in 1993. This plaque measures 9”x12.” Item comes with a Barry Larkin LOA. All Barry Larkin LOAs contain a facsimile signature from Larkin and are accompanied by a Goldin Auctions LOA confirming the product came directly from Barry Larkin.
