Jeff Conine started the 1993 season off on the right foot by going 4-for-4 in the Opening Day game against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Three of those hits were off Dodgers ace Orel Hershiser and Conine even added a stolen base in the 8th inning. At the end of the day, Jeff Conine’s season batting average was an immaculate 1.000. This is the bat he used on that perfect afternoon. The Louisville Slugger T141 model bat shows outstanding use with a handle crack. Conine’s number “19” is hand written on the knob and he has signed the barrel in black marker with “Opening Day 4-5-93 4-4 vs LA Dodgers.” The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13278) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9, plus a COA from JSA (U64394) for the signature.
