Florida Marlins left fielder and first baseman Jeff Conine wore this gray Marlins road jersey in 1993, the franchise’s inaugural year of existence. Conine, a 27-year-old rookie, starred for the Marlins, hitting 12 homers with 79 RBI and a .292 batting average. Conine would make the National League All-Star team in 1994 and 1995, and in 1997 he helped lead the Marlins to their first ever World Series championship.

This button-down jersey has “FLORIDA” sewn across the chest in teal, black, and white tackle twill. Conine’s number “19” is sewn on the chest and back in black and teal tackle twill, with “CONINE” sewn across the back shoulders in black and teal tackle twill over a matching gray nameplate. A Marlins inaugural season patch is sewn on the right sleeve and a Marlins logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Russell Athletic size “46” tag is sewn on the front left tail above a “19-Conine-93 Set 2” tag. An Intera flag is attached to the Russell Athletic tag. Conine has signed the right chest of this jersey in black marker. The jersey shows moderate wear and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for the game use and a COA from JSA (V16318) for the signature.
