A Minnesota Twins logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve, while a Russell Athletic logo is sewn on the right sleeve. Velcro swatches are located between the second and third chest buttons, the third and fourth buttons, and the fourth and fifth buttons. A Russell size “50” tag with an attached “100% Polyester” flag is sewn on the front left tail, while a “34-93-1” swatch is sewn on the back inside collar. Puckett has signed the chest of this jersey in black marker. This jersey comes with a LOA from Sports Investors Authentication for game use by Puckett and a LOA from JSA (BB11009) for his signature.
