The world-renowned pop star Madonna embarked on her The Girlie Show World Tour in 1993, performing only five concerts in the Continental United States during this tour. Three of these concerts took place at Madison Square Garden, on October 14th, 15th, and 17th of 1993. Offered in this lot is Madonna’s signed tour rider from the Madison Square Garden dates, as well as an outfit from “The Queen of Pop”. The rider stipulates a rent of $429,000, plus incrementals, to perform at MSG. Numerous other expenses are handwritten on the rider in blue pen. Madonna has signed the bottom of this rider in blue pen.

Also included in this lot is an outfit from Madonna during the tour, with accompanying photographs. The outfit consists of a purple feather boa, a pair of black, forearm-length gloves, a pair of black fishnet stockings, and a black pair of shorts covered in sparkly gold sequins. Four photographs of Madonna wearing components of this outfit are included in the lot. The signed rider is accompanied by a LOA from JSA (BB12013).
