After a decade in Boston, 1993 saw Wade Boggs take the field in the pinstripes of the dreaded New York Yankees. Boggs continued to put up his Hall of Fame numbers, batting .302 in his first New York summer. The Louisville Slugger B349 model bat shows excellent use with a slight crack on the lower handle. Ball marks with stitch impressions and blue ink transfers can be seen on the barrel and pine tar coats the handle and center brand. Boggs’ number “12” is hand written on the knob and he has signed the barrel in black marker “Best Wishes Wade Boggs “95” Upidee Up from One Two”. This bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B06637) for the game use, with a grade of GU 9 and the signature has been pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
