Florida Marlins second baseman Bret Barberie wore this white Marlins home jersey during the 1994 MLB season, the Marlins second year as a franchise. Barberie was a key piece for the Marlins in the strike shortened season, hitting for a healthy .301 batting average with five round-trippers and 31 RBI.

This jersey is a button-down home jersey, with teal pinstripes and “MARLINS” sewn across the chest in teal, black, and white tackle twill. Barberie’s number “8” is sewn on the chest and back in black, white, and teal tackle twill. “BARBERIE” is sewn across the back shoulders in black and teal tackle twill over a matching white nameplate. A MLB 125th Anniversary patch is sewn on the right sleeve above a Russell Athletic logo, and a Marlins logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Russell Athletic size “44” tag with an attached “-1” Sleeve Length” flag is sewn on the front left tail. Barberie has signed the left chest of this jersey in black marker. This jersey shows light to moderate wear, and it comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for the game use and a COA from JSA (V16317) for the signature.
