Hall of Fame St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Ozzie Smith wore this Rawlings Pro 12TC glove during the 1994 MLB season. Smith played in 98 of the Cardinals 114 games during the strike-shortened season, hitting .262 with three homers and 30 RBI as the Cardinals number two hitter in the batting order. Smith had a typically fantastic season in the field, recording a .982 fielding percentage for the season. Smith, a 12-time Gold Glove recipient, retired after the 1996 season and was voted into Cooperstown in 2002.

This offered Rawlings Pro 12TC model glove fits over Smith’s left hand and features a red Rawlings tag sewn on the wrist. A circular red Rawlings logo is present on the thumb. “Ozzie Smith” is printed on the inside of the pinky finger slot. The web is a Trap Eze style and the glove is constructed of Rawlings patented “Heart of the Hide” leather. Smith has signed the palm-side of the thumb slot in black marker, inscribing his “#1” next to his signature. This glove, which shows even wear, comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1G00532) for the use and a LOA from JSA for the signature (Z87964).
