Nicknamed the “The Minister of Defense,” Reggie White was an unholy sight for opposing offenses during his 15-year career patrolling the defensive line. White, who was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006 after building a résumé that included 13 Pro Bowl and eight First Team All-Pro appearances, eventually hoisted the Lombardi Trophy in 1997.

This game-used Reggie White helmet comes from a 1994 season that saw White record eight sacks to add to his career total of 198 – second most all-time. The yellow Riddell helmet features the traditional Packers “G” logo with an NFL shield decal on the back left. An “AF-2” label is found on the inner right ear of the helmet, indicating a padding style used by White throughout his career for players with large head crowns. A size “7 5/8” sticker is also found inside the helmet. The original chin strap and green face mask are intact, with the left side of the crown showing wear from contact with offensive linemen during White’s pass rush and run-stopping attempts. The rest of the helmet features several digs, scuffs and color marks from contact and is a fine testament to White’s relentless work ethic. This helmet has been photo matched to the November 6th, 1994 game against the Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field by Real Game Used. Additionally, there is a letter of provenance from the family of Reggie White signed by Jeremy White, Reggie’s son.
