Just below is the mascot within the number “4” with “Champions” in a pennant below. Further below is “1995-96 NBA World Champions” with the City of Chicago name with its mayor. This item is double-sided, so the proud Bulls fan can display this banner outside and people everywhere can witness the history which was made.
