Hall of Fame center Shaquille O’Neal wore this black Orlando Magic road jersey during the 1995-96 season. This was the fourth season of O’Neal’s career, and his final year with the Magic before joining the Los Angeles Lakers. Shaq was at the height of his powers in 1995-96, averaging 26.6 points, 11 rebounds, and 2.1 blocks per game as he led the Magic to a 60-22 record, a division title, and an appearance in the Eastern Conference Finals. Shaq also made the only three-pointer of his career in 1995-96, on a desperation heave as the first quarter ended against the Milwaukee Bucks. O’Neal played in the NBA until 2011, finishing his career with over 28,000 points and 13,000 rebounds. O’Neal was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016.

This pinstriped black jersey has “ORLANDO” printed across the front in white and blue text, with the “A” in “Orlando” replaced with a silver and black tackle twill star. O’Neal’s number “32” is sewn on the chest and back in blue and white tackle twill. “O’NEAL” is sewn across the back shoulders in white tackle twill. An Orlando Magic “Body Length +4” and Champion size “54” tags are sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. A NBA logo is embroidered on the left chest, and the sleeve and collars are accented with a white and blue band. O’Neal has signed the “3” digit on the back of the jersey in black marker, adding his number “32” to his signature. This jersey comes with a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (D84641) for the signature. It shows moderate wear and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema, who states this is “one of the best Shaq gamers [he has] ever viewed in terms of wear”.
