The 1996 addition of Roberto Alomar to the Orioles gave Cal Ripken, Jr. a formidable double play partner as Baltimore fielded their first competitive lineup in over a decade. The rejuvenated Birds went on to make back-to-back post-season appearances and Alomar won a pair of Gold Gloves and a Silver Slugger Award. Alomar’s 1996-1998 Hoosier HB10 model bat is un-cracked and shows moderate use. There is some checking from repeated ball contact visible on the back barrel. Alomar has signed the barrel in gold marker adding his number “12”. The bat comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12229) for the game use and STICKER ONLY from JSA (Q64088) for the signature.
