1996 was the Cubs beloved first baseman’s 4th and final Gold Glove season. Throughout the 1990’s, Grace was a hit machine, collecting the most hits and doubles of any player during that decade. This Rawlings 256B model bat shows outstanding use and is un-cracked. A number of scuffs and abrasions from ball contact can be seen on the bats barrel. Grace’s number “17” is hand written on the knob and the handle has a heavy coat of pine tar applied. To complete this game used gem, the Cubs star has signed the barrel in black marker.
