In 1996, Hall of Famer Tim Raines arrived in the Bronx just in time to help the Yanks win their first World Championship since 1978. This was the first edition of a club that would dominate the American League well into the next century. The Cooper TR4 model bat shows good game use with a crack in the barrel. There are several ball marks and leather ball scuffs on the barrel and a light coat of pine tar is found on the handle. The bat’s specs are stamped into the knob and Raines’ number “31” is handwritten in black marker. The Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in silver marker “Tim “Rock” Raines #31.” This bat comes directly from the collection of Willie Randolph and a signed LOA from Willie Randolph will accompany this item. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18061) for the game use and a LOA from JSA for the signature.
