Rafael Palmeiro spent the 1997 and 1998 seasons with the Baltimore Orioles where the slugger combined for 81 home runs, 231 RBI and maintained a solid .275 average. This offered Louisville Slugger C271S model bat was used by Palmeiro during those two seasons of 1997 and 1998 in Baltimore. This bat displays excellent use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and blue ink transfers present on the barrel. Other marks on the barrel include bat rack streaks and white leather scuffs. There is a light coating of Mota Stick on the handle and Palmeiro’s number “25” is hand written in silver marker on the knob. This all-black bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15223) and has been graded a solid GU 8.
