Hall of Fame guard Allen Iverson wore this black Philadelphia 76ers uniform during the 1997-98 NBA season, his second in the Association. The former Georgetown star started 80 games for the Sixers, leading the team in both points (22) and assists (6.2) per game. Despite the 76ers lackluster record, Iverson endeared himself to the Philadelphia faithful with his superstar play and iconoclastic attitude. Iverson would go on to play 14 NBA seasons, winning four scoring titles and the 2000-01 NBA MVP award before being inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016.

The jersey is black, with Iverson’s now-retired number “3” sewn on the chest and back in white and red tackle twill. A large “SIXERS” logo patch is sewn on the chest. “IVERSON” is sewn across the back shoulders in white and red tackle twill. An NBA logo patch is sewn on the left chest. Champion size “42” and 1997-98 NBA “Body Length +2” tags are sewn on the front left tail. Iverson signed the “3” on the back of the jersey in black marker.

The shorts are black as well, with a red, black, and gold pattern around the waistband and the leg openings. A 76ers logo patch is sewn on the left leg, and a NBA logo patch is sewn on the right. A 76ers tag and a Champion size “40” tags are sewn on the back inside waistband. “+2 Inseam” and “+2 Rise” flags are attached to the Champion tag. The jersey comes with a LOA from JSA (Z76395) for the signature, and a LOA from the Philadelphia 76ers for the game use.
