One of the greatest talents in this history of the game, Alex Rodriguez wasted no time making an impact when he was called up as an 18-year-old in 1994. This white button-down sleeveless Seattle Mariners’ jersey features “MARINERS” sewn across the chest in navy, teal and silver tackle twill. The Russell Athletic size 44 tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail and a “1997” tag is sewn below. Navy soutache surrounds the collar and runs down both sides of the buttons. Adding to the appeal of this jersey is Rodriguez signing his name in black marker to the left of his number on the back and inscribing “1997 Gamer”.
