McGriff went 2-4 with a double and a single before being lifted for pinch runner Danny Bautista in the seventh inning, with the Braves comfortably ahead 7-0. Hall of Famer John Smoltz earned his seventh win of the season, throwing seven shutout innings with seven strikeouts, while Phillies starter Curt Schilling picked up the loss after surrendering seven runs in 5.2 innings of work.

This cream colored throwback jersey shows light to moderate wear and was manufactured by Mitchell & Ness. It is a button down home jersey with “ATLANTA” sewn across the chest in red and navy blue felt. McGriff’s number “27” is sewn on the back of the jersey, also in red and navy blue felt.
