Hall of Fame defensive lineman Richard Dent wore this green Philadelphia Eagles helmet during the 1997 NFL season in his only year with the Eagles. Dent, a longtime Chicago Bears stalwart, recorded the final 4.5 of his 137.5 career sacks during his lone campaign with Philadelphia. Dent, selected by the Bears with the 203rd overall pick of the 1983 NFL Draft, was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.
This offered Eagles helmet is midnight green, with the trademark eagle wing decals applied to each side. The Riddell chinstrap is attached to the helmet, and a label reading “DENT” vertically is applied to the back of the helmet. This historic Hall of Famer’s helmet comes with a COA from the Philadelphia Eagles.
