The Hall of Fame wide receiver Terrell Owens wore these maroon and white Nike Zoom Air cleats during the 1997 NFL season with the San Francisco 49ers. Owens, in his second NFL season, caught 60 passes for 636 yards and eight touchdowns, essentially doubling his rookie season statistics in his sophomore season. The 49ers went 13-3 in 1997, reaching the NFC Conference Championship Game, as Owens wrested the 49ers WR1 job from Jerry Rice. Owens, one of the most prolific wideouts in NFL history, finished his 15-season career with 15,934 receiving yards and 156 total touchdowns.

These offered Nike Zoom Air cleats are white and maroon, with maroon Nike swooshes applied to both sides of the shoes and the tongues. Seven black rubber cleats are present on the soles of both shoes. Owens has signed the toe of both shoes in black marker, inscribing his number “81” in addition to the signatures. These size 14 shoes come with a LOA from 100% Authentic for the game use and individual LOAs from Beckett Authentication Services for Owens’ signatures.
