Offered is the official NBA scorebook that originated directly from Bob Rosenberg, the official scorekeeper for the Chicago Bulls. This book covers every home game that the Bulls played from April 3, 1998 to November 11, 2000. Each page holds detailed and copious records of the contests.
As many Jordan and Bulls fans recall, the 1997-98 season would be Michael Jordan’s last season in Bulls uniform before his 3-year retirement (he came back out of retirement in 2001 for a 2 year last hurrah with the Washington Wizards). This book covers all of his home play-off performances including his last game at the United Center in Chicago Bulls uniform (at home) on June 12, 1998. He would don the Bulls uniform one more time; as The Bulls would play game 7 in Utah to complete their 3peat NBA Championship on June 14, 1998 (the scorebook only covers home games as Rosenberg only worked home games).
We’d be remiss not to mention that this historical treasure fitting of the Basketball Hall of Fame covers Michael’s 44-point performance on April 18, 1998 vs the New York Knicks; which would be Jordan’s final regular season game as a Bull. This game signified Michael’s 10th NBA scoring title in a 111-109 winning effort.
In addition to Michael Jordan’s final games of his NBA career, this book features NBA legends such as Dennis Rodman, Scottie Pippen, Steve Kerr, John Stockton, Kevin Garnett, Chris Webber, Patrick Ewing, Dominique Wilkins, Vince Carter, and many more.
