Darryl Strawberry’s power returned in 1998 as the lefty belted 24 home runs in 101 games to help lead the New York Yankees to 114 regular season wins and a World Series title. Strawberry used this Rawlings 595A model bat during the 1998 season as this bat displays light game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks on the barrel and black bat rack streaks throughout the bat. The model number “595A” is stamped on the knob and Strawberry's number "39" is hand written in black marker on the knob. Strawberry has signed this bat in black marker on the barrel. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B13684) for the game use and has been pre-certified by Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication.
