Hall of Famer Michael Jordan has penned a beautiful, blue ink signature on the obverse of this extraordinary collectible. The piece also incorporates a segment of the hardcourt floor from the home of the Utah Jazz – where Jordan launched his final NBA shot on June 14, 1998 – in its cardfront presentation. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "3/3." A congratulatory statement on the card's back states Upper Deck's warranty for the authenticity of the signature and the relic, and serves as the item's COA. Accompanying the "Final Floor" card is an additional piece that bears a holographic authentication seal; text on this card's reverse side describes the means by which the signed "Final Floor" card was created, and reasserts its genuineness. Both items reflect pack-fresh condition.
